Welcome to grade 6 and the Middle school!!
Starting the year of with grade 6 in art we will be looking at Russian artist Marc Chagall.
This is an art work by the Chagall called "The Juggler".
Students will start to work in a variety of materials including Oil pastels and paints.
Home work.
Find and print out at home some artwork by Marc Chagall to put in your work book.

I think Marc chagall is a great painter, his paintings are very strange and crazy, because there are cows. But the strange things make the pictures more interesting.

For me Marc Chagall is a great surrealist artist but i am looking forward to other type of arts like, collage,music,dancing by doing photography and of course by painting.
I'll like to learn aboutother artists like : Joan Mirò,Picasso,Monet,Vangogh and Da Vinci.
